Luciana Valle’s journey into the world of tango began in the early nineties, a time marked by the resurgence of this captivating dance form. Under the tutelage of esteemed maestros such as Gustavo Naviera, Fabián Salas, Pepito Avellaneda, Mingo Pugliese, Graciela González, and Mariano “Chicho” Frumboli, she honed her skills, becoming a beacon of the tango revival.

Her pivotal role in the “Tango Investigation” group between 1995 and 1997, alongside luminaries like Gustavo Naveira and Fabián Salas, contributed to the development of what is now recognized as the universal language of tango instruction.

Luciana’s teaching journey traversed diverse settings in Buenos Aires, from universities to cultural centers, restaurants, and Tango Saloons, where she imparted her expertise with zeal. Her influence extended beyond Argentina’s borders as she embarked on professional tours to Brazil and Ecuador, captivating audiences with her exhibitions and sharing her knowledge through classes.

In 1998, Luciana embarked on a collaborative endeavor with esteemed teachers and dancers Valencia Batik and Dina Martinez, founding el Motivo Tango, a group dedicated to the exploration and refinement of tango dance.

The turn of the millennium marked the expansion of Luciana’s reach to the United States, where her reputation as a distinguished teacher flourished. Her mastery as both a leader and follower garnered widespread acclaim, positioning her as one of Buenos Aires’ foremost female instructors.
